6 week session begins Thursday, February 28th-April 3rd, $75
Yoga for children teaches techniques for self-awareness, relaxation, and inner and outer strength. The poses and activities are fun and allow kids to explore their own sense of power, balance, focus, and peace. These classes tune into the children’s natural interests, needs and rhythms. YogaKids is adjusted to accomodate the age of the children.
