Learn a variety of poses and stretches that will prepare your mind and body for golf and help keep your game in its best form throughout the season.
This 6 week program will introduce you to simple yoga postures designed to improve your concentration and swing. We will focus on torso rotation, core and abdominal strengthening, alleviating lower back problems, and increasing hip, quadricep, and hamstring flexibility.
