When you’re trying to manage weight, taking a yoga class is a great motivator. In this supported environment, you will gradually build strength and flexibility by working through a series of asanas (poses) at your own level and pace. The strengthening effects of yoga will help you to create more muscle, which increases your metabolism. These benefits, along with the stress reducing aspects of yoga will help to bring your life (and weight) into better balance. All levels.
