Yoga For Tween and Teen Girls

Stretch, tone and strengthen with yoga and learn healthy ways to take care of yourself in a soothing and fun-filled atmosphere. Yoga unites body, mind and breath to enhance self-awareness and fitness. The evening will include:

  • Learning yoga poses and movement through posture sequencing for focus, balance, strength and flexibility
  • Exploring breathing techniques tomanage stress and fatigue, as well as increase energy and performance
  • Chilling out with relaxation and visualization to calm your mind and body and restore your peaceful energy
  • Enjoying creative expression, music, aromatherapy, games, laughter and more...
